I'm not being smart, and it might sound corny, but 'yesterday' is always going to be the best time to buy a stock. Last week PME was in the low 120's and I'm sure you could find a comment saying it was too expensive. People have been saying it's too expensive since I've held the stock. You could say that about every stock you are buying in to.
