Trades doing the render and roofing teams , but nothing is needed with HX until they finish the structure. In a conventional build the scaffolding usually is delivered to site once brick stage get to 1m in height and stays on site for 3 weeks till bricklayers finish . As Mike stressed so many times , TIME IS MONEY. apart from cutting time of build from 3 weeks to 1 day , there are so many positive factors that are associated with this method of construction, those not accustomed to construction will fail to see apart from the obvious.
