Anyway back to Venture Egg... If ASIC finds wrongdoing, Interprac will need to do remediation work on all those impacted clients, potentially via an Enforceable Undertaking. Thats project teams, external consultants, lawyers before youre even refunding clients money. This could be very expensive for SEQ, just ask AMP, Insignia and the banks.
