The reason why the lithium price is low is because no one needs to buy it. China has a massive EV market the west does not and consumers will dictate what THEY WANT TO BUY. Not governments fault, I prefer a petrol car over an EV any day of the week, just like most others do. Big business will ALWAYS sell what the customer wants to buy, until that changes then don’t expect a lithium deficit anytime soon.
