You need to be careful, because ASIC have taken action over posters on HC and others social media platforms, who have attempted to deceive and manipulate stocks on aSX.
That purported "report" will be a computer generated "report" and means nothing.
You have provided no date to support that purported report.

From my experience these "reports" identify "Insiders" as directors of the particular company.
I went back over IXR ASX announcements, and I could not see any sales of IXR shares by any directors over the last 3 mths, even back as far as March --- in fact directors have been BUYING shares in IXR - not the reverse.
Any idiot knows "Insider trading" is illegal anyway.
