Best case scenario a drug that is going to save "countless lives" as you have purported could be 5-7 years away for PAB if at all considering PABs inability to get out of the starting blocks

As a reality check look at this schedule from another biotech put out today

172 patients already dosed and yet readouts on their most advanced assets which are imaging agents (not a therapeutic) are 2 years away after which it would take approx 12-18mths to get it to market

This type of development schedule is currently a pipe dream for JC and the Patry's team
