The complainant property appears to be Nora Downs which - back in 2003 - was a prize-winning piggery according to a Watsonia awards list.
Regardless of the above I find it strange that the owners, the Smiths, didn’t look for themselves at what was going on after their cup of tea chat in 2019, and that the Critch family, who own the proposed plant site (and live a strategic 3.5 kmNE
[ref]) didn’t fill them in!
Especially given BP recently bought the property Daisy Downs to the North of Mullewa for $130m for a proposed hydrogen development (
