Let’s be realistic. ! A project on the scale of BCI with so many differing major operations was NEVER going to sail through without any complications ? There are bound to be setbacks and it depends on whether the problems have been predicted and how quickly and cheaply or easily solutions can be found. All part of a major project like this. But, if you’re not a holder, why are you so concerned for our welfare ?
There really is no need ! After all we are all over 18 and pretty much able to look after ourselves thank you !
