Realtek has already shown they won’t be willing to act as a charity so I assume that they will try to get what they are truly owed. They are also not the only creditor which will complicate things further. I personally doubt all creditors will get the full value of what they are owed and if that’s the case then shareholders won’t even come into calculations.
