Am buying up will be in the top 10-15 S/H come mid next year(when I ex my opts) I'm more than confident Ardors will not take USN shares an reduce their ARD Silver/Gold exposure by 50% to take on North Can/US nickel exploration grounds interest to 50% in the new group formed that will still have to raise the same amount of cash.. USN are clearly being optimistic an hope to gain so much more control an value than they already have on the cheap as they like us Ardors know ARD has a very nice set of assets now(thanks USN for the cash) add some cash to these assets =400mill+gross in ground value Silver/gold/lead/zinc
Mrket value of ARD 18mill add cash 4mill(loan) + 6-8mill(opts)=28-30mill
what we get on these funds well going from the numbers I've studied 20-30mill EBIT
