When new execs come on board when theres no work
When the ceo wants a fat reward with NO runs on the board
When profit is at its lowest
Rumours that the standard of work is so poor that the big players cancel future work
When the pay out for aquisitions is greater than whats in
the bank
When the only option to keep afloat is a cr
When theres no Tim Tams in the cupboard
Its time to get out


Where to from here ?

First thing first the board,if the whole board dosent deserve the Dan Mack then the chairman at very least should get the heave.

cr ? would have to be sub 10c to attract interest

Sell off ? As one huge media mogul once said when he bought back a tv station at less than 25% of what he sold it for

Several of the 'must have' aquisitions will have to go

I am going for a large sell off back to the original owners
with only a few home operations being held.

The agm will be interesting and King will have his work cut out.Given time, a sold forecast and business plan which is transparent to all and less of the secret squirrel stuff that Lange favoured with regular anns may save the day.

That, and some blood at board level to restore faith and a return to having neppy as the fore runner.

Tickets to the agm will be at premium and the media will want their bucks worth
