Blaming the Baby Boomers

A thoughtful article from David Koch on the housing problem. One point he doesn't mention though, in looking at the causes and making a prediction, is that from what I read builders are falling over faster than skittles at the bowling alley and that doesn't look like getting better. Reaching a good plateau of construction therefore may be further away.

On blaming the boomers, don't blame me, I'm BBB (before baby boomers) but I ain't moving out any time soon either.
