To diagnose the condition -, Each and Every citizen would be a possible candidate for the screening.
Current Population of Indian is --- 1.42Billion.
to screen All citizens ---- One Billion Four Hundred and Twenty Million tests would /could be performed.....
even at One Cent per test --is How much??
