My average price is around 0.20 so I'm barely breaking even but I think this is a great outcome for 90% of LRS shareholders.
With the current Lithium sentiment board must have realised it is hard to get funding arranged in this climate. Now with under PLS, we would not have that problem. Additionally cash balance is low so CR must have been around the corner if this didn't materialize. If you read the report in detail you will notice that PLS has lent $10m AUD to LRS for general working capital expense. So I'm extremely happy with this outcome and will be voting YES.
