    Could not RCY find a way out of their current darkness by, with banker support and appropriate approval seeking a unique opportunity to acquire a major state govt road enterprise in the not-to-distant future? Taking a better "investment product" to the market? Just interested in any GENERAL thoughts - I'am NOT suggesting anything to anyone!
