Note, they voted to Remove on 22nd Feb with 328 votes. They needed 338 votes to succeed in their Impeachment.

So what did they do???

Fired the Constitutional Court Judges!!! And threatened to dismiss the rest!!!

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has terminate the powers of five judges of the Constitutional Court appointed from the parliament's quota, for violating their oath, and also proposed the acting president and the Congress of Judges dismiss the rest of the Constitutional Court judges.

You have not been able to provide one shred of evidence to your claim, other than make projections based on what is in your head.

Evidence is video and articles - including a video of him, asserting he DID NOT resign, and he was still Ukrainian President.

What have you provided??? A video of Yanukoyvch getting on the helicopter to fly to the East of Ukraine on 21st Feb - the date he signed a peace deal with the Opposition party (under EU sponsorship), to have an Early Election.

Logically, who would think of fleeing anywhere after you have signed a peace deal (that means no more violence) under the sponsorship of the EU???

Yet, in less than 24 hours, opposition members of the Rada gathered on a Saturday, in an Emergency session Voted to Impeach him!!!

And two days after that, the same Opposition members in the Rada voted to dismiss most of the Constitutional Court Judges!!!

That is what a coup is. You take out the Head of Gov and then take out the Judiciary, so it can't rule against you!!!
