@afterlife You are correct but it is my belief that if the shares were issued to retail we wouldn't be seeing this instant sell off that we are, it could of even have had the share price going north.
Mobs like Bridge Street Capital Partners & SP Corporate Advisory are only interested in profit and in this case they have offloaded shares to their Asian mates (most likely direct associates) to flip them, retaining a truckload of free options just incase ATV do kick a goal. They could give a rodents rectum about ATV, let alone you, me and the rest of retail holders.
