Have been thinking about buying again

My hesitation is that its a decent enough announcement to indicate possibility of great upside but to me the share price action is incongruous and underwhelming with what was announced.

I am trying to understand why it has only gone up a measly 2 pips on only $62K worth of trades. I can see that there is about 4 quarters of funds left, which in reality will be quickly reduced if they start drilling properly with rigs as they will indeed do so. Even so I am not convinced a CR is imminent just yet. The share register is not overly bloated which should see the SP really move if the market gets behind the company in a substantial way. From a charting perspective I see resistance at 1.5c but the SP is not even there yet.

I am not down ramping as I am quite open about maybe buying in, and in any event there looks to be decent support at 1 - 1.1 c , but am am wondering whether I am missing something fundamental? For the time being I might just stalk from the shadows before making my decision...GLTAH
