How has the market reacted to the news. Basically devalued PLS by the premium PLS paid on top of yesterday's price of LRS. Hell, you can't have PLS BOD's thinking they know more about the sector than they do.
The good news is, PLS has now only paid $549M for LRS with the issue of 202,577,862 new shares.
