what I would like to see and really needs to be happening is the 0% Commence mining, it wouldn’t take much money to put what equipment they have on the plant and talk of contracting out what is needed for the rest that would indicate mining could start in 12 months as he has mentioned in the past.
A clear signal money could be flowing in a short time that would put a rocket under the SP at these low prices.
