    If logic were in any way a player in all of this then Labor should simply have embraced PEP11 upon them receiving NOPTA's advice this most recent time.
    Yes there would have been initial flak and consternance from the usual dopey suspects but they could have rolled it out as part of the " well we needit NOW to transitiin" line of bullshit. Spin it as a positive ( which odfly enough...it is ) and we'd be pumping that gas now and the Dolts could have portrayed themselves as White Knights to energy prices etc etc yada yad yadda .

    But they haven't. No, I think this will go before Jackson and only kicking and screaming and crying foul will they have their own ironic karmic justice shoved down their throats. You see i think they still want to go with " well we tried to save those pristine beaches but the Courts said otherwise...Booo Boooo boohoo "
    To put it simply the Gov ain't Einsteins...capiche
