Labor need to do proper checks on everyone who enters Australia. Very severe checks on some people. If they pass, then let them in. They also need to be sure of sustainability. The problem is that they cant be trusted and are incompetent. There is a multi-year track record of failure when it comes to immigration checks. Labor is ideology over reality every time. They lost govt over open borders before, but voters forget and voted them back in to do it again. Can't fix stupid. Australia has already let in hundreds of potential terrorists. Many of these people are caught before anything happens. Every now and then the police will complete raids out in the suburbs and round up a bunch of morons and take them off the streets. The press will cover some wacko lone wolf guy and tell everyone that its the right wing they should be worried about. Its not. They dont organise into groups. We need to smarten up and fly right before a lot of people get killed by politicians. Europe and the US are ahead of us. Its already here with a lid on the obvious. Calling people racist like children in a play ground shows they lack basic understanding. I think they are just hoping for the best.
