I'm sorry for what seems to have happened to you. There was no indication from this end. Presumably buywell2 has been stalking this for some time, saw your sells and picked up at least some of it very quickly, maybe others came in and bought too. I genuinely have little idea of what is going on with this stock, having access only to Hotcopper trades data.
I do not know if the underwriter can pass on shares not subscribed too in the rights issue to a market maker without the "trade" having to be disclosed in the trades data.(If you can follow that your a better man than me.)
Again I do not know if recently Simon Loh or entities controlled by him have been net sellers or buyers.
For me there is a hell of a lot of uncertainty to what has been going on. At least you, buywell2 and Simon Loh know your own ends of the story.
A lot of the current confusion for me could be resolved by a detailed knowledge of Australian company and ASX law and rules.
You suggest in your post that you intend to remain active on this thread which suggests you have an interest in possibly purchasing again. Though we are now on other sides of the fence may I wish you good luck.
