Ann: Ledjadja ownership increased to 74% , page-5

I must be getting sloppy. I thought we already had 74% or was it that we had approval for 74% but had not satisfied criteria to exercise our right. What was the increase contingent on? Was it spending certain amount or paying BEE certain amount.

Interesting we have satisfied it straight after our raising, wonder if some of these funds were used for this. Anyone been following this closely? Anyways great news, domestic offtake Ann to come soon hopefully. Would be nice b4 year end.
