They've said this repeatedly "Kingsrose will proceed to finalise and submit the Natura 2000 Assessment for Areas 2-5 based on the learnings from the Area 1 process."
but how is this all going to work out now? They plough ahead with submitting Areas 2-5 but then what? Do Environment Ministry, ELY, and TUKES get cold feet from this or will they get approved again and then another 12 month appeal?
