    c'mon toooo much negativitity.
    ramping up manufacturing was addressed in company reports and does not seem to represent a problem.
    It now seems likely that a projects will occur in clusters ie. Lake Simcoe,
    east coast US and west coast US.
    the technology itself, as seen with the german application is seen as the best available.
