Back in early 2020 when the pandemic crash happened FMG got as low as $8.20
They still did a good dividend back then.
They'll be doing another good dividend come August 28 as well.
Go back even further. The big crash of 2007/08 when FMG went from $13.15 to $1.13
and the next year they did 3 dividends with the third being a bonus one and that added up to $1.13 back a that year.
The dividend yield is going to be at a near record high for the company.
I bought back after the 2020 crash at just over $9 a share and the divs in that time have been over $11
which easily paid for my shares so that is over 100% return in 4 years.
I'll be buying another 9000 soon.
I go for bargain hunting time which are these very rare times it falls to much.
They always say buy in fear.
