If I had a confidentiality agreement in place, I might be disappointed (perhaps even prepared to walk away?) if that confidentiality was being breached and my name was being spread all about.
Not that there can be any confirmation of the actual JTC before it is officially reported in any event. As I understand it, Tony presented to many companies, including numerous Japanese.
I know that when I do presentations I regularly reuse them and just change the content to match the audience. All sorts of links and file names remain behind in those circumstances.
Just my view, but I don't see how unconfirmed speculation helps either PLV or we shareholders.
