Do you know where I could find out what the SAT engineer signed off on ? Did they sign off on it deemed to satisfy the code? Will their paperwork satisfy the local council ? Will it cover the next build in the next council zone?
Will the next SAT include local authorities if not already included?
Who has the final say if and how new techniques can be used?
