There is no avenue of appeal from the Namibian Supreme Court - END OF STORY.
Whilst I think the High Court judgment was a joke, ultimately the Supreme Court restored my faith in the Namibian legal system. Lets not forget that the Chief Justice of Namibia is a Namibian and from the media reports he was outraged when two ex politicians came to his house to deliver the so-called Notice of Irregularity.
