I believe that Russia will allow Ukraine to continue their invasion, without risking too much.

• This will create a short term online backlash on one hand, but on the other, it will tie down significant Ukrainian forces, their best.
• While the Ukrainians will celebrate what they perceive to be successful, Russia will slowly eat away at the Donbass and other areas.
• Ukraine is now an invader, they can't jump around the world playing the blame game anymore.
