This would from a Canadian political point of view would not look good, with all the money, time and commitments made with EV manufacturers and the Quebec EV Ecosystem, kicking out the Chinese, and with elections coming up.
A carbonate refinery is the missing link to breaking away from China.
I see the Mitsubishi Honda Nissan alliance looking at SYAQ.
They are collaborating and intend to move fast in EV'S, batteries and Energy.
