Sellers must be thinking, why should i sell for my shares 1/5 th that of the LRS takeover even in a counter cycle of the market ? When as posted, Apple for Apple, we are pretty comparable, but with IMO better jurisdiction for longevity that any predator seek.

Another PLS, who simply wants diversification to protect their earnings profile, should things go pear shape in our region, or theirs, will looking at the advanced options on the table.

And theres no reason why we the share holders, would accept anything less than the bar set for a similar size asset. Arguably, we have some greater upside.

As for what OEM strategic come what may, potential is ahead post PEA. PEA is the key to the door that the black and white numbers are on display for either a strategic partner, or PLS type predator.

Its all about diversification and protection of the predators earnings profile. And in the long game, our foundations are well placed. That has to be attractive.

Last week, sellers were still trying to fall down the stairs faster than the other guy, where common sense had long been abandoned, and it was a rush to get out of the others guys way. Now that PLS has demonstrated the absurdity of their valuation, which imo never entered their brains. Did they ever think , heck this is being sold by that last sheep near 100m valuation ? Noop. Just that there was a drum beating behind them, that the sky was falling, and run to the caves to hide.
