@merz Agreed the 'sales' team performance is downright embarrassing. Last VP Sales lasted 12 months, now this one almost 12months and still nothing. Other VP Telson left or sacked quitely before AGM. Each was spruiked on their capability until theyre exited quietly. No explanation no nothing to SHs. Bottom line, buck stops with CEO for Sales teams performance. Btw we have directors who were and are spruiked by the Co for their supposed strengths with commercialisation strategies and execution etc, wheres the accountability with them as well?
