You mean the 0,5T that was passed from Swan to Hockey or the 0.5T that was 75% due to COVID and Albo and Co were calling for 50% more and for longer?
Of the nation debt, 95% is Labors due to poor counting skills, ideological optimism, using the best case numbers to prop the headlines when in reality the worse case resulted.
One only has to look at the recent two "surpluses" that only exist due to excellent coal and ore prices and quanities PLUS moving the Future Fund profits from off book to on book. Something had the LNP done, Labor would have cowled from the rooftops about for an age... Not to mention LNP would have made surpluses in 18 and 19 or 17 and 18 had they done the same!
The irony of ALP debt being white washed as Libs and Labor surpluses being 100% from dodgy book work and offshored carbon (coal) that they want to destroy!
Soak it up champ, next election with result in Libs majority or Albo being wagged by Bandt in what will make the Gillard government look positively competent. Not that she doesnt already under the current regime...
