glenwho? i'm pretty sure the negotiations mentioned have nothing to do with glencore.
nice to know: if there's one detail you can learn from yesterday's announcement from pls/lrs, it's that dd from pls took about half a year. it seems to me as if the majority have a completely distorted view of how
a) capital intensive construction in reality is if you using your own resources/equity,
b) how long it takes to negotiate the general conditions of financing in order to obtain the greatest possible benefit for both parties
c) what a mental burden lies on someone who now ~95% of sh/non sh think he's not suitable for this job.
nevertheless, he managed to complete over 40% of stage one.
