If big pharma takes over IMU for
$7 billion and IMU has 7 billion shares on issue each share will be worth $1 only
since RAC has 200 million only if big pharma offers RAC $7 billion RAC shares price will be $35 for each share
what's not to get
7 billion divided by 7 billion geves you 1
7 bill divided by 200 mill gives you 35
that's one of the reasons why IMU is not a good investment pretty straight forward
