I certainly can't agree there --------- the 'pub test' - I've seen for decades - is more often than not based on false beliefs, old wives' tales, ignorance and speculation
very little on fact
How often do we have a set of general beliefs in society ------- about other places
and then, when we travel to those other places - find out that pretty much everything we heard and believed was bullshit and things are the opposite
