It is nice to have confirmed what I have previously postulated on other forums. The big boys often don’t buy very early. They often partner first and watch and help it grow. Then when it is less risky they are happy to pay $500 million more (often a lot more) than what they could have paid earlier.

This is the sort of starter valuation we are talking about - $500 million more than what they would have to pay if acquired earlier. It’s not hard to see at a sub $200 million MC where this is going.

I liked it when Scott said it would be up to shareholders if they wanted to sell out when and if an approach occurs in the future. Being the founder, CEO and one of the largest and influential shareholders he would have a lot of say in what we should do in that situation.

I only hope they we get to sell Gen 2 for at least 12 months before any serious offers appear. At least that way we can have a billion plus valuation. I honestly hope this company does not get acquired and we can hold it for decades. It genuinely has that potential with its platform technology pipeline and brilliant management.
