When you say insto's you have to be more specific. There are three types. Long only, hedge funds who can short i.e. long - short and ones that are mandated to short.
In my case, I'm becoming so frustrated with ARU despite general good efforts. I'm starting to include REE beneficiation only co. i.e. the ones that will produce a blk ree concentrate high in the ones to be in demand e.g. Nd/ Pr Dy, Tb and Nd. The time when the prices are depressed (crap) is a good time to enter those.
