Even if the poll you quoted was real, independent and professionally done that does
NOT mean there aren't Palestinians in genuine humanitarian need and who do
NOT constitute a risk / threat to Australians.
For example; orphaned Palestinian babies wounded by the countless thousands of US resourced bunker-busting bombing raids whose parents and other family have been slaughtered by Netanyahu's genocidal regime and who have no-one in Gaza to look after them but who do have family in Australia willing and able to do so. They're sleeping on death beds and have little chance of even getting the food / fluids / medicines needed to survive.
Peter Dutton's decision to label them Hamas sympathisers and to ban them from entry into Australia is a death sentence for them. That he's done so while simultaneously saying "
You're welcome!" to thousands of wealthy Israeli settlers temporarily displaced from the properties they stole from Palestinians is REPULSIVE to decent and fair-minded people.
Numerous media reports of terrorist behaviour by Israeli 'settlers' against Palestinians have been so disgraceful that even Netanyahu has finally called some of it '
unacceptable'. Peter Dutton hasn't done anything like that, making his stance even more extreme than that of Netanyahu!
