Yeah, i mean everything else is approved right, and the hail mary with the transmission line unfortunately worked.
talk of a nuclear reactor is silly but what sort of power is needed? I mean there must be mines off grid elsewhere, so how do they do it? Is it gas or diesel generators?
Could generators be used as a stop gap until more decent infrastructure is built?
I dunno it just seems OTT to not proceed, i mean if the transmission lines is the only hangup, then take the issue off the table entirely. Of course i could be talking nonsense as i have no idea how much power is needed to power a mine like this while its developed or while operating.
