My thoughts?

This company is in the VAT reclaim business, not exactly a "sexy" sector. Most people avoid anything with the word tax in it. Who wants to deal with tax authorities in the taxation world?

Based in Israel, so that's likely to turn some investor off.

My allegiance lies with no one, for me, it's whoever can get the job done, I don't care who launched this company. If a family of Meerkats broke out of a zoo & stormed HQ to take over W2V, I would still own this company, as long as they got the job done. For me it's about the tech, automating taxes is the way of the future. Automation is going to take many jobs over the years to come. Just look at ChatGPT.

I got into this because I've done some travelling around the world in my time & want to travel more. I've experienced first hand how much of a pain in the backside it can be to try & reclaim tax at an airport. I was hoping the Smart Spend Card would be something a tourist could use while they travel, that might be another sector W2V could expand into if they had the cash & resources available.

I think this type of tech could be expanded into other sectors for other purposes, the expansion here could be out of this world. But they need the time & resources, an expanded R&D team & cash.

But first, they have to get this off the ground.
