Voluntary CA Election - 1MC.RTS9

Hi all.

I've been trading for only 18 months and am seeing for the first time a Voluntary CA Election notice on my Interactive Broker Account. I read through the recent posts on 1MC on Hotcopper as well as browsing Google regarding these types of notices and don't understand what is happening if someone can be kind enough to assist me.

I have been paying attention to the news on Morella and understand they are consolidating our shares.

I purchased a long time ago 76,363 shares in Morella and now I'm seeing 3,054 shares in 1MC and 1,527 in 1MC.RTS9.

Can someone please help me understand how the above figures come about?

What RTS9 is please?

With this CA Election Notice, I've got 1. Default Take No action, 2. Quantity of rights to submit for exercise, and 3. Quantity of shares to purchase. Not sure what to do. I don't want to purchase any more shares so I'm guessing number 3 is out of the question. Not sure what 1 and 2 are about.

Also don't understand why only 1,527 shares show up on this notice and not the other 3,054 shares (I'm assuming my 76,363 shares is now 3,054 in 1MC + 1,527 shares in 1MC.RTS9 = 4581 shares now).
