But Labor here in Oz has shades of Trump, lots of words and promises but limited actual organisational skills to bring things to fruition. The housing rental shortage and record immigration says it all. It starts at the top. I get the impression Kamala’s measured prediction of 3m new home units in term 1 is based on some analysis of what is realistically achievable, given an enthusiastic incentivised industry. I suspect she’ll give it every chance. FBR has the ideal environment approaching over the next eight years. M&G has for decades been one of the best fund management companies in the UK. While FBR is still losing money hand over fist, I’ve drawn comfort from the latest raise to gradually get set, using some of the cash generated from reducing my Droneshield position. I’d like to buy more if it doesn’t run away.
