@collipop, is not the one who slowed down the exploration activity?
he is not the one planning to buy back 125 million shares at a sub-1c price. he is not the one giving his team around 100 million shares in performance rights for doing a job they are already getting paid for.

Given the similarity in the proposed number of share buybacks and performance rights; isn't it equivalent to transferring shares from retail investors (via buyback) to the mgmt (via performance rights)?

At 5c each director will get an equivalent of 1.25 million AUD worth of shares. If someone owes you an explanation, it's the management.

If you are concerned about the progress then stop focusing on individual shareholders and instead call the company and ask where they are with the drilling and results.
