How compete - specialize is the answer?
Tech can not do it in every market...
1. Local content - shows relevant to Oz
2. News - local news
3. Local sport NRL , AFL
4. Definitely Goverment support - they need independent Australian media .Otherwise Mark Zuk. will own political agendas/news..Australian goverment can not afford not to have Local Australian Media-
5. Collaborate NEC and SWM - to create and share library content and more digital.
6. Definitely no more wasted M&A ( radio investment was a waste in my books)
7. Open its digital page for content creators - like youtube
8. Export its content to US and UK
9. Build more kids/ educational / local business coverage in Australia
both companies was always about serving local Australian market..
