The video Revolutionizing Construction in Florida

shows also the use of Wienerberger Porotherm blocks. However, they do not show the use of the AAC blocks from the Xella company ( https://www.fbr.com.au/view/project-pages/20230404121123). In addition, FBR has not yet built and sold a house with blocks from Xella.

Why not? Has Wienerberger won the race against its biggest competitor in Europe by offering more to FBR? One thing is clear, if CRH signs the contract, both Wienerberger and Xella will have a huge problem. The development of own patented block types was a brilliant move. CRH and FBR no longer need block manufacturers. Either you act according to our conditions, e.g. build blocks according to our patent pattern, or you are out. In addition, both also has to pay license fees. Wienerberger and Xella are now under pressure to act. The exclusive rights for Europe or the simple joint venture become increasingly expensive, the more successful CRH and FBR operate on the American market. If it's a big success, CRH wants even more of the global pie. Exclusive rights also for Europe with production of FBR patented block patterns would not be a problem for them! I love FBR’s strategy! It takes longer, but it's really impressive!!!!

    Our baby is on track!!!!
