well way west of sydney,just finished talking to my agent desperate for listings,out here in the boring west prices at the lower end are moving,i think i would be able to turn a profit now 6 months after initial deposit on a home unit,settled 2 months ago,arent you glad i am not your purchaser,so if your disillusioned come out here strong rental market ,good property market.
