OMG what a thread - started the read with @dynofish 's chat about his old troupie - my thoughts from my verandah overlooking the gridlock in a Qld costal town flew to all restored Toyotas and occasional Defenders which ply past. Even 20 year Rangies are sporting new Brembo brakes, and the latest fashion in colours. (not black, thank goodmess). Tells me something about cars with modern electronics - even EVs.
But what a finish for my weekly read - back next week - with @epiphyte 's brilliant revelation about Aluminium/Air batteries - what levels can a non holder sink to. They cant be recharged Mr Epiphyte - with respect - when they are flat you would have to buy a new Aluminium anode, and have it fitted - lol. For the science minded, the very reason they have a high charge density is that the reaction is irreversible.
GL all holders - I'm confident when full details of production and offtake price is known LTR will rebound and be a great long term hold.
